Our office is a member of the PEARL Network (Practitioners Engaged in Applied Research and Learning) - an exclusive network of highly qualified dentists engaged in leading edge research sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The overall goal of this research is to improve the quality of dental care.

Our patients oral health has always been our top priority and that is why our office has joined the PEARL network of dentists. We hope that our patients will join with us in this first ever NIH study conducted at the dental office level.

PEARL dentists design and implement clinical research studies to identify specific methods that can lead to better patient care. A sophisticated communicatons system links our office with New York University College of Dentistry, the NYU BLuestone Center for Clinical Research, the NIH, and other members of the PEARL Network Treatment data (nothing personal or specific to our patients) is gathered and shared throughout the system in real time.

As a patient in our practice, you will have the opportunity to participate in the first ever clinical research sponsored at the dentist-office level.
