From the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY 495 FROM THE EAST (from Riverhead direction): Get off at Exit 49 North (Route 110) and proceed to the traffic light and make a right onto Pine Lawn Road. At the next light - this is Route 110 make a right turn (Chase Bank on corner - opposite is Dunken Donuts) onto Rte. 110. You will be now heading north on Route 110 and continue past Northern State Parkway. At the first traffic light, please make a U-turn and head back to the NS  Parkway..
